Yoga transmutes animal nature into divine nature and raises a Sadhaka to the Pinnacle of divine glory and Splendour.

Four Paths Of Yoga

1. Karma yoga is suitable for a man who is active and selfless.
2. Bhakti yoga is for a man who is emotional and devotional in nature.
3. Raja Yoga is for a man of mystic temperament and
4. Jnana Yoga for a man of rational and philosophical temperament or inquiry.

Karma Yoga is a way of selfless service. A man who has put himself on the path of service and is least bothered by its outcome is called the Karma-Yogi. His every act is done with a feeling as if he is an instrument in the hands of the Lord and doing all the work for Him. Bhakti Yoga is the path of complete devotion to the Lord. He who seeks the union with Lord through selfless love or devotion is called a Bhakti-Yogi. Raja Yoga is the king of all Yogas. It concerns directly with the mind. He who seeks to have union with the Lord through mysticism is called a Raja-Yogi. Jnana Yoga is the path of wisdom. He who seeks to unite himself with the Lord through philosophy and inquiry is called the Jnana-Yogi.

• Hatha yoga is the path of controlling the prana and the physical body. Asan, pranayama, mudra, bandh, and Shatkarma constitute the Hath Yoga. It is a Yoga of Cleansing and is the most popular Yoga today.
• Mantra Yoga is the path of reciting mantras of God.
• Laya Yoga is the path of dissolution of the mind, through hearing the Anahata sounds.
• Kundalini Yoga is the path of awakening Kundalini and joining it with Lord Shiva in the Sahasrara Chakra and is most popular among those who want to evolve fast.
• Lambika Yoga is the path of controlling prana through Khechari mudra.
